CHANGED YOUR MIND

We are happy to accept unopened, factory sealed complete with all accessories and instructions, original returns as long as they are within 28 days of purchase. If you fail to take reasonable care of the Goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and we always suggest getting proof of postage.

To ensure that your refund is processed in a timely manner, please return the item in our original packaging to ensure that no damage is caused.

Please also include the delivery note or your information in the parcel to ensure we can process your refund in a timely order.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the return to our warehouse.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

We are sorry if there is a problem with your order.  Please contact our customer service department immediately [email protected] if a problem develops with your order.  We will pay the cost of any returns due to an incorrect item or manufacturing faults.  On receipt of the item we will ship a replacement or refund if a replacement is not available.

We are not however liable for refund or replacement if it is deemed by the manufacturer to be as a result of misuse, neglect or accident.
