Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.99 but is free for all UK orders over £75.00. Orders will either be sent by Royal Mail post or courier.
International deliveries are calculated on weight (see below) and will be totalled at the checkout.

MY ORDER HAS NOT YET ARRIVED?
In the unlikely event that your Goods have not been delivered to you within 7 working days for UK deliveries or 3 weeks for International deliveries please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to track your parcel and let you know when it will be delivered.
You have a cooling off period of fourteen days after the date on which you have received your Goods, to cancel the Contract, return the Goods at your cost and receive a full refund of the purchase price. We will not be liable for any carriage or costs incurred in returning Goods unless they are defective or have been sent in error.
During the cooling off period any cancellation must be given by written notice by either party. A brief explanation will help us improve the future service we offer to our customers.
Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions in their original packaging and must be in a saleable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the Goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value.
The right to cancel this contract will not apply in respect of:
1) Personalised Goods or Goods made to your specification and
2) Audio, video recordings (including DVDs) or computer software you have unsealed.
We make every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible although refunds may take up to 30 days. No liability is accepted by us for any costs or charges incurred by the Purchaser which may arise due to the processing of a refund. We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained for any Goods returned in case of loss in transit.
In the event that we shall supply substituted Goods to you your right to cancel is as set out above except that the cost of returning the Goods shall be borne by us.
